MobiliseCare is a research project funded by Taighde Éireann (formerly Irish Research Council) through its Advanced Laureate Awards Scheme. It will run from December 2023 until November 2027. You can read about the Advanced Laureate Awards Scheme here.
The starting point for the research project is the recognition that migration is both a fundamental feature of human life and one of the most pressing challenges we face. While many seek to represent migration as a crisis, our project takes a different approach. We look to show the ways people, communities and organisations respond to migration with care. Over the next few years, our research will highlight the work that people, communities and organisations are doing, across and beyond Ireland, to create more inclusive places and spaces.
